Lexington Chefs Compete in "BaaBaaQ and Bourbon" Competition
WTVQ was kind enough to cover out big BaaBaaQ and Bourbon bash where 5 chefs from around Kentucky competed against each other to make the best BBQ lamb. Kentucky has a long tradition of BBQ lamb, but in the last few decades, this has become increasingly rare - which is why we put this event on! It’s important to preserve this part of Kentucky food heritage, and we greatly appreciate the chefs who competed this year, and all the folks who came out to enjoy some Lamb ‘Que!
